Add udp:// stream as video input

I have a gopro I'd love to use with stopgo, but no Linux support. The excellent work here https://gist.github.com/KonradIT/ee685aee15ba1c3c44b4 means we can get a UDP stream working just fine. Which can interface with VLC.

I'm not experienced enough to code something like this, but I'm hoping someone else. Also thought libgphoto2 might be helpful in some way...

Interesting! I'd love to have GoPro compatibility. I don't have one but I'll study the linked gist for info and maybe I'll eventually be able te take a stab at it..
