Del then Frame to Left

After deleting a frame no frames are selected but the user is still in playback mode. In order to exit playback mode users have to select a new frame then de-select it to enter record mode. This is not intuitive.

Instead, after deleting a frame the selected frame should default to the left of the frame that was removed.
