Deleting All Photos Blocks Record Mode

Deleting all photos from the timeline prevents users from entering record mode.

If there are no photos in timeline StopGo should automatically switch to capture mode.

I might actually be wrong about this. To my surprise last term some students were still able to capture once they deleted all photos from the timeline. Still StopGo should return the user to record/capture mode visually.
