FR: Allow popovers on external links

When hovering an external link, display it in an iframe inside of a popover.

Possible security issues?

Would require a new static view type be created

I played around with this a year ago in Search on Internet and it seemed to work decent, although it blocked often back then. I think changes in Obsidian make this more flexible though. Very cool idea to have it in a popover!

this would be really nice and if you add a way to have it hover without a modifier key would be pretty neat too !

Sadly the Hover External Link plugin doesn't work in LP.
