[Feature Request] Folding Headings - Active Heading + Everything Below

Hello @nothingislost !!!!

Working on a feature to "Fold to level #" in edit mode. It can currently fold headings and lists to level 1-6 (using commands or hotkeys) based on the location of the cursor or for the entire document. Any feedback on how this should behave or anything else people would find helpful when it comes to folding?

My FR: a command fold all headings and unfold the active heading and all headings that are below the active heading

It's a varation from this FR: #16
