[Feature Request] Ctrl+Click on collapsed external links opens Link

Looks like currently clicking without modification keys and ctrl clicking on collapsed external links has the same effect of uncollapsing/displaying the full url of the link.

I thought adding a ctrl+click feature to open the link would be a nice additive.

Great idea. I love this feature because I'm guilty of indexing a lot of links in some of my notes for software development.

This is a very needed tweak though, so that URLs can be opened in a single click. It DOES seem that if you ctrl+click the little link icon on the end, it will open the webpage. But I want that behavior for the entire link text so I don't have to hunt down that small click target. :)
