[Feature Request] Hide icons

There are times when plugins have ribbon or status bar icons and are forced to keep them. it would be great to be able to hide/remove unwanted icons

I think I'll leave this to other plugins to handle for now. This plugin should play nice with the existing plugins that have the ability to hide icons. Let me know if you find that to not be the case.

I want to move that "plus" icon. I can't find anyway can hide that......
