Add oneshot channel

This is a missing addition to the Unsend ecosystem. This API adds a oneshot channel with the classic send/recv model.

Oh right, I don't have CI enabled for this. Because I migrated it from my earlier Git instance and I forgot to setup CI here. Whoops.
