Run grenade prediction while attack buttons are pressed?

Well, having grenade prediction always on is better than having it on key ( imo ). ImGui is pretty lightweight tho, on my old pc when i had the cheag injected i was getting 60 fps and w/grenade prediction the same fps, so i dont think so.
