Toolbar grayed out - Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon.

Hello, i installed 4 Laptops and 2 Desktops new with Mint 20.3 - Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon. At one Desktop the Toolbar of Notpadqq is grayed out. (Flathub installation). What can i do to repair this?

Error found: It is only on Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon symbol Theme Mint-Y-Dark Orange At the other Themes it's normal.

I have a similar issue, but mine appear white and thus are barely visible. I am using Zorin 16 Pro and it doesn't seem to matter which theme I choose in Zorin Appearance.

apt install appmenu-registrar vala-panel-appmenu-common

Ok so this looks likes it not a Notepadqq issue bug a general bug?
