[Feature request] Folder as Workspace is not immediately intuitive

Description of the Issue

Currently it's not completely clear how the Folder as Workspace should work at first glace. I was, for the longest time, convinced the feature must be broken, because the "Locate current file" feature doesn't do anything, unless you already have the folder open as a workspace, which is, again, not obvious how to do just from the FaW panel.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I believe it would help if there were additional buttons on the panel for opening containing folder as a workspace, and for opening a folder as a workspace in general using file picker.
