[Feature request] NOT "Hide pointer while typing"

Description of the Issue

At the request of some users(https://community.notepad-plus-plus.org/topic/23017/mouse-cursor-visibility-when-typing-starts), Notepad++ was changed to follow the "Hide pointer while typing" option in the mouse control panel pointer option, but I want the mouse pointer to always be visible regardless of this option for a consistent experience. If the mouse pointer disappears while typing, it is inefficient because it takes time to find the mouse pointer later. This is the reason why almost all text editors, including Windows Notepad and UltraEdit, do not hide the mouse pointer.

I wish there was an option in Notepad++'s settings to allow the user to decide whether or not to hide the mouse pointer while typing.

Describe the solution you'd like.

"Hide mouse pointer while typing" check box option. If checked, it will be hidden, if unchecked, it will not be hidden.

follow the "Hide pointer while typing" option in the mouse control panel pointer option

Suggestion: Uncheckmark this option.

i think i just accidentally activated a keyboard shortcut i'm not aware of that hides my mouse when i start typing while i'm using notepad++

this is very annoying. i actually have to mouse completely out of the app in order for the cursor to come back.

edit solution: i just discovered that i had somehow started recording a macro in notepad++, this apparently causes the cursor to disappear when you start typing.

I don't mind this behavior; it just permanently hides the mouse cursor until it is brought outside the Notepad++'s window. It is a bit annoying to have to shake the mouse to make the cursor visible and find it again. Running "Support Taiwan's ~~Sovereignty~~ Independance" version\

Never mind, I restarted Notepad++, now the cursor reappears immediately when moved.
