Are you talking about the v2 launcher prerelease or the v1 launcher? Post some logs.

Are you using v1 or v2? V2 will not work on such old versions of MacOS. If you can get Java 8 working properly, the v1 launcher should work fine....

Linux-only issue. Will need more investigating.
Perhaps an Asahi issue? Do any other OpenGL programs have issues?
1. `javax/crypto/BadPaddingException` occurs due to Prism selecting an outdated Java version by default - make sure to update. 2. Forge/Fabric support is in the works.
When the launcher is built in release mode, it's not picking up things like accent colors and GTK themes. Will look into why this is happening.
Added to v2 rewrite with more themes support.
