Add CDI image file support

Some time ago looking through my old backups I found a few games that were ripped in this file format. Standalone PCSX-Reloaded can emulate them without the need to mount, but apart from it and ePSXe, apparently no other more modern PS1 emulator can use this format.

I converted my backups to use them, but I decided open this issue for consideration, although it is not a common format other people may have the same problem.

I can't find much information about this format, only that it is created by DiscJuggler and only few free software can open it, here a list.

This is unlikely to be added, especially after CHD support was merged. I would just redump your games (either with Daemon Tools again or from disk again).

Actually I've already done that, as I mentioned I opened this issue just for consideration as it could be useful for other people who might have games ripped in this old format, but we can also close this issue if it's irrelevant (sorry if it wasn't clear before, English is not my language).

Thank you for maintaining this project, I recently tested it on an old Android dual-core with only 1GB of RAM and it run without problems. Amazing, especially since I had problems with other emulators on it (like the Snes9X).
