How do we feel about piping UTF-8 to clip.exe? This seems to be more reliable than sending UTF-16LE. Adding the BOM is useful in either case but clip.exe copies it...

@mmktomato the get-clipboard and set-clipboard cmdlets are only available on machines with WMF 5.0, which is certainly not most of them.
