More gradual and logical animations at match start

too much stuff appears at the same time, we should animate it properly

• [ ] players should be able to see the battlefield, then read the game's title, then read its description
• [x] all players should be ready before proceeding
• [ ] players should be able to follow their ship from the ready wheel to the battlefield
• [ ] if an intro is played (e.g., a diamond is spawned or cards are revealed) we then need a start! message (maybe we need it anyway)
