Should be diamondsnatch -> take the crown -> deathmatch -> slam-a-gon. Maybe we can do this by not shuffling the deck at start if this is the first game of the execution. Showing the hand shuffled would lower the chance for players to be annoyed by this.

I think this deserves more thought. Maybe it would be better to do this just a few times, then disable it (with persistance). A good moment would be when a second starting hand is unlocked.
