Weapons overhaul

Weapons and equipment need a better system to:

1. start without weapon
2. keep track of which weapon is equipped
3. show visual feedback for point 2
4. show charge bar feedback according to weapon
5. fire the correct type of bomb etc.

#678 #676 should be closed as a consequence.
