Improve keyboard controls for character selection

It is currently very difficult for players to join the game with keyboard. We should:

  • [x] Accept ENTER and SPACE in addition to M as FIRE for kb1
  • [ ] Join with kb1 also if an arrow key is pressed, join with kb2 also if a WASD key is pressed
  • [ ] Provide some instructions somewhere?
  • [ ] Add an intro with "best played with controller"
