Miscellaneous fixes

• [ ] do not unlock other cards from cards in playlist mode
• [ ] highlight card when randomly selected even if not selected
• [ ] all cards should reveal themselves if they are all the same (sure?)
• [ ] remove new and number of played games from cards (new tutorials don't need that anymore, and variants have been mostly removed and should not use that)
• [x] temporary fix for tutorial screens
