Error: no such file or directory on all Git commands

Regardless what I do, I get this error when being on an open, Git managed file:

[Errno 2] No such file or directory

that's on OSX (Snow Leopard), latest ST2 alpha

This is in the command window? Weird, doesn't happen on my machine (OSX, ST2 Alpha Build 2059).

Im having the same issue.

Just to get the obvious out of the way, can you confirm that you have Git installed?

What version are you running?

Yes I have git installed, OSX i get the error, Linux/Fedora it works, but git blame, git diff etc only work once (I have to restart sublime for it to work again)
