simplesynth 1.1 does not run on MacOS 13.4

Hi

simplesynth 1.1 does not run on MacOS 13.4. When I double click the app I get a message: “SimpleSynth.app” needs to be updated.

Neither works on Sonoma 14.2, obviously. Is a port doable? Thanks, Bill
