Multiple notable config directories on Linux

Current behavior

Not sure, but seems like a bug due to FS case sensitivity. Right now there are two notable directories.

$ ls ~/.config/ | grep -i notable
notable
Notable

$ ls ~/.config/notable/
settings.json
shortcuts.json

$ ls ~/.config/Notable/
blob_storage
Cache
Code Cache
Crashpad
Dictionaries
GPUCache
Local Storage
Session Storage
Cookies

Expected behavior

Single config directory.
