Suggestions: remove action qtranxf_wp_head_meta_generator() to remove generator meta (which essentially is incorrect when QTS is used). I then added the meta to the qts class: echo "\n" . '<meta name="generator" content="qTranslate Slug 1.1.9" />'."\n";

ps: note the preceding linefeed, at least on my site, some other plugins mishave and do not end in lf :-)
