convert old slug to main language slug { bug taken from wp.org }

The original slug is still there in metabox "Slug", where it always used to be. The metabox may got closed though, but you can open it again through "Screen Options" at the top of the page.

Hi @johnclause , yeah, but i think the user wants to "import" the old slugs into the main(?) language.

in the options, we can maybe add this possibility.

But this is how it works already. If no custom slug provided then the old default slug is in use, is not it? It is already "imported", just is not shown, but can be looked up as I mentioned. Anyway, as to me it is not important.
