Make HTTPS optional

In some use cases it may be favourable to serve the UI over HTTP (and in some cases even without authentication). E.g. when this is run in the internal network, or when there is a LB proxy anyway.

Additionally, using self-signed certificates makes it hard for mobile devices (iOS refuses to open the site).
