Support for generics when deriving SerRon/DeRon

Seems to be supported in JSON and BIN implementations, just ran into this

#134 resolves this and ensures generics are supported everywhere

I think this can be closed -- I realized I didn't add it to proxies though, so maybe for the future if someone ends up needing that.
