Push profile updates to more relays

When updating profile, use a blaster relay or push to a larger set of relays.

The current implementation will broadcast to the current relay list, which may be a restricted relay set.

Nuked means no follow list is loaded in the app when they go to follow somebody

Sorry. You are correct. It's not completely gone. The only follows are the new follows from Nests.
