what happens

2,500 mute list accepted by some relays causes trouble with damus, amethyst. damus goes into infinite loop

somehow dont put user in a infinite loop/yuge mute list bug

Worked ok for me, likely a relay issue because the naddr has no hints in it. But coracle should try harder.

Also worth mentioning, the note in question is a deprecated mute list (kind 30000 with d=mute), kind 10000 is for mute lists. The old standard has persisted for some reason, and I'm not clear if it's for legitimate reasons — you might want to create multiple mute-type lists.
