Add NIP-63: Physical Space Rentals

Defines event kinds for managing rentable physical spaces:

  • 33001: Space Class
  • 33002: Space
  • 33003: Availability Snapshot
  • 33012: Pricing Configuration
  • 33013: Rental Policy

Extends NIP-52 (kind 31922) for reservations. Builds on NIP-41 for physical locations.
