What happened to issues of the nostr repo?

Looks like all issues in the nostr repo such as https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nostr/issues/176 are gone, that's a bit sad as it had valuable discussions

That's not great, I didn't know issues could be deleted completely. Do you know what used to be there?
