Commitment to linked media content in text events

nostr so far treats images as solely defined by their URL with no commitment to the actual content.

I'm not sure if embedding images in the events themselves is planned but while we can't cheaply prevent images from disappearing with the current deeplinking, we could at least verify the content and have the event commit to it, so changes get noticed.

Edit: GitHub doesn't deeplink images, so my "add a changing image from https://thispersondoesnotexist.com/image" attempt was unsuccessful and it doesn't work with this site on branle/astral neither ~but I doubt this is because the issue is already addressed~.

Edit2: event/7ff3fa2f0658824b213e16030dc816992bd87c54d000b1f37995da6a31287633 should not show a different picture at different times.
