Phone number starting 00 doesn't work with Australia

Using the latest version and the i18n addon, using "AU" and the number "0061234567890" results in no formatting being applied.

Replace the "00" prefix with a "+" and the string is formatted correctly. Likewise, using "GB" and "0061234567890" results in a perfectly formatted string.
