Caps Lock OFF not detected on a Mac (Chrome & Safari & Opera)

When Caps Lock is turned OFF on a Mac (Chrome & Safari & Opera), only a keyup event is fired. No keydown event is fired in that case. See StackOverflow mention of issue

@andreig91 Apologies for not seeing this until now. I know this was a long time ago, but I'll look at this over this week and hopefully merge it without needing anything from you. (code looks clean on first glance)
