If the block explorer is already open in a tab, clicking the network info button should take you to that tab

Expected Behavior

If you click the network info button while the block explorer is already open in a tab, you should automatically navigate to that tab.

Current Behavior

Clicking the network info button opens a new tab every time

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to client
2. Click the Network info button
3. Watch a new tab open every click
