It might be nice to also add the ability to use subsections in general, similar to what #156 suggests.

I think that this is accomplished in a more robust way with https://github.com/norwoodj/helm-docs/pull/194. So I'm going to close this in favor of that. Sorry about the long wait, I appreciate the contribution, nonetheless.
