Auto update for Sverchok

As a feature request, can Sverchok have an auto update option to always keep up to date? It would be nice, I think to just automatically check for upgrades during registration and update if user enables this option.

i also am inclined to resist automatic updates, but that's coming from a point of view of someone who rather infrequently updates my own installation of sverchok. As a dev i'm updating using git (version control), so maybe i don't appreciate the inconvenience of manually updating using the UI.

Without implementing it first, it's hard to know for certain whether adding automatic updating would be a net positive or negative user experience.
