Roundcube yubico security key plugin

Hi Danny,

Firstly, sorry to put yubico issue in wrong repository. i am newbie to github and was not able to put issue in archived repository. i have installed roundcube yubikey plugin in my roundcube 1.3.1. It is showing require otp option. I have procured 'Security Key u2f' from yubico. But it is not showing any effect on plugin to usb and placing curson in yubikey id. I have checked with demo page on yubico, where my keys(two of them) are working fine as they have got registered and authenticated. Kindly guide in getting two factor authentication activated in my setup.

Well my roundcube-yubikey-plugin is no longer maintained as describe on the website and is thus archived. This means it is in read-only mode. Obviously, the issue manager of 2sshfp is not the right place such issues, but I'll try to help you anyway.

I don't use this plugin anymore and don't have a working environment to test it. However, from what I've seen the plugin still mostly works. Someone created a patch to clean the HTML but that's it and it not related to your problem.

1. Are you sure you are using the key with the proper mode? The way you describe the key makes me wonder if your using the U2F mode. It needs to be in OTP mode.
2. Have you followed the instruction to the letter - the README.md installation and installed the proper yubikey_api_id and yubikey_api_key?

For taking out time and giving attention to my request apart from various open source project you have helming. I think, i have understood plugin now better. It is only for yubico key with OTP facility. Sir, answer to your question

I have yubico security as shown below which as per yubico website only supports U2F mode and there is no memory or OTP Mode support. I think that's where i go stuck up. [image: image.png]

Sir, Yubico security key does have any api id and api key.

Sir, i have requirement of setting up public key cryptography i.e public certificates/key with roundcube and hardware key with user of email. Hence i had procured yubico security key. Again, thank for the help. May i request to guide in any of the following :-

1. Sir, is there any other repository other than GITHUB to look for roundcube integration with yubico security key. ( I tired google it, but till now no headway).
2. Should i procure yubico yubikey 5 NFC USB A which supports OTP
