Port as Gatsby Theme

I found the https://github.com/arcticicestudio/nord-docs to be the best looking documentation site built with Gatsby. It would be great to have it as a Gatsby Theme for reuse.

Hi @kamilchm :wave:, thanks for your contribution and compliment :+1: There are indeed plans to create a Gatsby Theme for Nord by converting the repository into a monorepo and extract parts of the current components and functions into one or more theme packages, but this is a time-consuming task and implies a refactoring of the entire project. A refactoring is planned anyway to remove duplicated components, drastically simplify remaining implementations and the migration to TypeScript for great type safety and easier code understanding for new contributors, but this will be started at the earliest after all data transitions are completed.

I've added this ticket to the backlog, but please note that this is currently not a highly prioritized task since the data transition as well as the processing of the other hundreds of Nord tickets/PRs take precedence :pray:
