Export feature and double quotes

I did an export of my collection with ./serra export > tcgpowertools.csv and noticed the card

"Lifetime" Pass Holder was written in the resulting file incorrectly without its double quotes as Lifetime Pass Holder

I believe this is because in csv file format double quotes have a special function to escape values.

These are the cards currently having double quotes.
