Export feature and commas

Card names with comma (,) in them cause incorrect entries when exporting collection to csv. To reproduce:

1. Add any of these cards containing a comma to your collection with ./serra add
2. Export the collection to csv by doing ./serra export > tcgpowertools.csv
3. Observe in the resulting .csv file that the card names containing comma (,) have part of their their entries (name) shifted to the next column (set).
