A SPEC for Garden

A Specification of Garden would be helpful for others to follow or contribute. I think others could follow the spec to continue contributing to the project. As I see Garden are really awesome project if it continue to evolve (abit faster).

What do you mean by a specification? Are we talking clojure.spec?
