Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. currently when using xp on items with mending it will randomly repair it from xp orbs, however in new versions if your holding and item or wearing armor with mending it will repair the items before you start to get levels to prevent you from wasting xp when repairing. this was added in newer versions of mc
