B/ Wallet would act like normal wallets, but it would have a special transaction, where you actually transfer a private key, rather than using the Blockchain. C/ Both wallet would note how much they can spend from that private key.

D/ Perfect for transactions, where trust is given. For example in-family transactions, transactions between friends and people who generally trust themselves.
C/ If the trust is one way, like donating, tipping or giveaway, then whole coins can be transfered only.

Wouldnt this wallet format bloat the blockchain excessively? The part about asking users to randomly create transactions is what I am referring to.
