Billing/Shipping Address - Either First+Last name OR Company name

We would like our customers to be able to either enter a private customer First+Last name OR a Company Name. It doesn't make sense to enter BOTH (a company doesn't have First+Last name), but there doesn't seem to be an option to make all of them optional or dependent on each other.

Currently we use an ugly workaround where we inject a Unicode Invisible Character via JS into the not filled out fields to bypass the validation.
