dfx 0.8.0 how to adapt to Vue?

the new version can't use Vue like dfx 0.7.0 or 0.7.2

@e274426380 The code has been tested with dfx 0.7.0 and needs to be adapted to support 0.8.0. Gotta read the migration guides and perform the changes. I'll try to do it soon. PRs are welcomed as well. Thanks!
