looting "item.lootr.trophy" crashes client in a server environment

Client crashed after looting a chest and getting "centennial" achievement, had to run a different instance to reconnect to the server and item reads as "item.lootr.trophy" with missing textures. giving the item to other players seems to crash their client as well, please do help
