S3 Compatible BackingStore from the CLI does not enforce endpoint and has 127.0.0.1 default

Creating a S3 Compatible BackingStore from the CLI does not enforce providing an endpoint. When not providing one, a default of 127.0.0.1 is being sent, which is not the desired behaviour (trying to create a compatible on top of noobaa itself)
