Small additions to nb diagnose --db-dump

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. I think it will be more comfortable if after we use nb diagnose --db-dump we will get one compressed file instead of two.
2. Add to the printing the path of the new compressed file (as info logs).

Describe the solution you'd like After nb diagnose --db-dump we will have one compressed file instead of two we have today, i.e. instead of noobaa_db_dump_1674130246.tar.gz, noobaa_diagnostics_1674130230.tar.gz to have noobaa_diagnostics_and_db_dump_1674130246.tar.gz.

Describe alternatives you've considered The obvious alternative was to leave it as is.
