Add CLI command to deploy tester pod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We want an easy way to deploy automatically a tester pod from the CLI. The tester pod allows us to go into the pod and run a Ceph s3 test. for more details on the context use see here.

Describe the solution you'd like We would like to avoid commands that we run manually and create and run them in one place that can be easily accessible for everyone.

Describe alternatives you've considered Nowadays we added the file to the core and we can deploy it, see in this PR.
